Terms of Service
Effective date: 18 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Clickbooky, the online booking service at https://clickbooky.com. By creating an account, paying for a plan, or using a public booking page, you accept these Terms. Contact: hello@clickbooky.com.
1. The Service
Clickbooky lets businesses publish a booking page, manage services and schedules, and accept appointments. Clients can book without a Clickbooky subscription. We provide software. We are not a party to the appointment between the business and its client and do not provide haircuts, treatments, or other studio services.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for actions taken from your account. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, spam, illegal activity, or that harms other users or the Service.
A 14-day trial may be available for new businesses as shown at sign-up. After the trial, access to paid features follows the plan you choose. If payment fails, a short grace period (currently 3 days) may apply, then paid features can be limited until the invoice is paid.
3. Business owners
If you run a business on Clickbooky you must:
- offer only lawful services and keep your public page truthful;
- honour bookings you accept, or cancel them in time under your own rules;
- handle your clients’ personal data lawfully (you are the controller of that client list);
- not use the Service to send spam or collect data you have no right to process.
Clients book with you, not with Clickbooky. Complaints about a visit, quality, or no-show are between you and the client.
4. Clients who book
When you submit a booking form you ask that business for an appointment. The business may confirm, decline, or cancel. Free cancellation windows shown in the product (for example 24 hours before the visit) apply to the booking with that business, not to Clickbooky subscription fees.
5. Fees and taxes
Prices for plans and booking packs are shown in the cabinet and on the pricing page. Charges are made by the payment provider enabled for the site (Paddle, Stripe, or Dodo Payments). When Paddle is used, Paddle may act as merchant of record and issue the receipt. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in the cabinet or through the provider’s customer portal. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the Service, overload it, bypass security, host malware, impersonate others, or use Clickbooky to process payments for goods or services we did not agree to support. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Clickbooky software, design, and trademarks stay ours. You keep the rights to your business name, logo, and texts. You grant us a licence to host and display them so the Service can work.
8. Availability
We aim for a stable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, hosting incidents, or third-party outages (payments, email, DNS) can cause downtime. We are not liable for lost appointments caused by such interruptions beyond a reasonable effort to restore the Service.
9. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or disputes between a business and its clients. Our total liability for a claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, intent or mandatory consumer rights).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account by writing to hello@clickbooky.com. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach. After termination we may delete or anonymise data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may change the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. If you continue to use Clickbooky after the new date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.
12. Law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where they cannot be waived. Disputes that cannot be resolved by email will be brought before the competent courts of Minsk, unless a mandatory rule requires another forum.
