Privacy Policy
Effective date: 18 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Clickbooky (“we”, “us”, “the Service”), available at https://clickbooky.com, collects and uses personal data. By using the Service you agree to this Policy. Questions: hello@clickbooky.com.
1. Who we are
Clickbooky is an online booking platform for businesses and their clients. We process personal data to operate the website, accounts, subscriptions, and booking pages. We do not sell personal data.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
- Business owners: name, email, password hash, business name, public booking slug, industry, schedule, services, branding, locale, and billing status.
- Paying customers: email, payment reference from the payment provider (Paddle, Stripe, or Dodo Payments). We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
- People who book an appointment: name, contact details, selected service, date and time, and answers to fields the business configured on its booking form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies needed for login and security, and basic server logs.
3. Why we use the data
- to create and secure accounts;
- to show public booking pages and confirm appointments;
- to send service emails (verification, booking confirmations, reminders) when email is configured;
- to process subscriptions and booking packs through the selected payment provider;
- to prevent abuse, debug errors, and improve the Service;
- to comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
Legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in running a secure SaaS, and consent where you tick a box or submit a booking form.
4. Who can see the data
- the business that received the booking — that business is an independent controller of its client list;
- hosting and infrastructure providers that store the application and database;
- payment providers that process charges (they have their own privacy policies);
- email or search infrastructure we enable for the Service.
We do not share personal data with advertisers. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.
5. International transfers
The production server may be located in the European Union (currently Amsterdam). If you access the Service from Belarus or another country, your data is transferred to that hosting location. Payment providers may process data in the EU, UK, or United States under their terms.
6. How long we keep data
- account and business data — while the account is active, then up to 24 months after deletion or inactivity unless a longer period is required by law or billing disputes;
- bookings — while the business account exists and as needed for history and refunds;
- server logs — typically up to 90 days;
- payment records — as required by the payment provider and tax rules.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for session login, CSRF protection, and language. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in the browser; the Service may then be unable to keep you signed in.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the law of the Republic of Belarus and, where it applies, GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and object to certain processing. Send requests to hello@clickbooky.com. We may need to verify your identity. Booking clients should also contact the business they booked with, because that business controls part of the data.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child provided data, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The new version is published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Policy.
